Ford Celebrates Curiosity with the World's Most Capable Sasquatch-Searching Vehicle

Over the years, Ford has teamed up with a range of celebrities in various collaborations, including big names like Toby Keith, Bryan Cranston, Angela Bassett, and, most recently, Sydney Sweeney.

This time around, Ford and W+K New York are collaborating with the likes of a legend. Someone who’s notoriously elusive, yet always manages to stay on people's radar. 

Ford's next celebrity partnership is no other than Sasquatch. Why? Because people love Sasquatch! In the past year alone, online searches for Sasquatch have increased by 17%.

The most avid Sasquatch fans deserve the most capable Sasquatch-searching vehicle. Truth be told, the Bronco is the only outdoor SUV that can take you closer than ever to finding Sasquatch.

So to celebrate this subculture of Sasquatch aficionados, Ford is giving away a customised 2024 Bronco® Badlands® with a Sasquatch™ Package AKA the Ultimate Sasquatch Searching Vehicle, to one lucky winner. 

No detail was spared when customising this Bronco:

  • Tree camo exterior wrap to blend in with surroundings as you search
  • 4x4 tires off-road tires & Safari Bar to go through any terrain
  • Roof-mounted lights: for searching in the dark
  • Front and rear-facing dash cams to spot Sasquatch
  • Custom upholstered interior for long searching sessions 
  • An awning and custom camping chairs for when exploring becomes exhausting
  • A unique console badge and sill plates 

And a custom Sasquatch badge + puddle light because why not?

How will the winner be determined? Well, this isn't your standard car giveaway. Ford is 'gamifying' the giveaway experience for a chance to earn the most capable 2024 Ford Bronco Ultimate Sasquatch Searcher. On Sunday, 9/22, Ford dropped a teaser to get the anticipation going. Starting today, fans will have to solve one of two mystery clues Ford is unveiling across various platforms, including Ford Bronco's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Spotify, Reddit, and of course, in the wild. Posters and Street Signs in prime Sasquatch-searching locations will feature a phone number—texting this number will provide the answer to the clue and guide fans on their quest.

Accompanying the giveaway will be a merch line designed to help you stay concealed while tracking Sasquatch in the wild and organic social content that provides a closer look at the vehicle and all its customizations.

With the official Sasquatch x Ford collab, the brand is encouraging people to "get back out there," using the Ford Bronco as your trusted guide for outdoor adventures. As interest in outdoor exploration grows, this campaign highlights the Ford Bronco’s capabilities in a market filled with vehicles that often take themselves too seriously. Our activation not only targets the auto industry but also taps into a unique subculture—the Sasquatch community—making it unlike anything Ford has done before.
