Fitzrovia Post Goes Out of this World for Kids Series Elliott From Earth

Elliott From Earth is an upcoming sci-fi comedy series that emphasises everything incredible about animation! From the talented team of creators behind Cartoon Networks multi-award winning global sensation ‘The Amazing World of Gumball’ and full post audio from Fitzrovia Post Production, this series completely utilises the animation artform and the freedom to create an out-of-this-world and inclusive experience. 

This 20 x 11-minute kids TV series is directed and written by Tony Hull and created by Guillaume Cassuto, with a sensational cast of both British and American voices. The story follows a boy and his mother who are suddenly transported across the universe to an unknown galaxy surrounded by an astounding array of aliens. As they try to understand what has happened and make a new home for themselves they meet Mo, a dinosaur from Earth! 

The animation is jam packed with excitement and interesting characters. It’s all about discovering your place in the universe even with all our differences. As the show is set in outer space the voices have a variety of accents (British and American all recorded at Fitzrovia Post). Typically this wouldn’t work in other productions as they are often set in familiar locations. This show celebrates individualism, diversity, and creativity! 

The Fitzrovia Post Production audio team approached this television series cinematically. We wanted the series to feel bigger than any other animation series out there right now! Special attention was paid to understanding the various spaces and creating a bespoke soundscape for each location, situation, and character. The entire universe has a fresh sound heavily inspired by the classic sci-fi films before it.

The series is scheduled to launch on UK Kids television channel Cartoon Network later this year and on HBO Max in the United States in 2021. You do not want to miss this hilariously witty, expertly created, sensationally sounding series!
