Zoe Osinnowo adds to her Influencer Marketing remit with a role to steer business inclusivity

FCB Inferno is pleased to announce that Zoe Osinnowo has taken on an additional role at the agency, with a new title of Head of Influencer Marketing and Business Inclusivity Lead.

Zoe's remit now encompasses oversight of the agency’s work to ensure cultural competency, running training and development sessions, and opening the agency’s doors to different perspectives to accurately reflect target audiences. The role will both enhance the agency’s creative work and support clients on their DEI journeys.

Zoe has worked at a combination of start-ups and global agencies, including being one of the founding members of Havas’ influencer proposition. She has a wealth of experience across clients such as Gucci, Amazon, Dove, BMW and Chupa Chups.

Since joining FCB Inferno in 2020 Zoe has developed the agency’s existing influencer proposition and installed clear processes that benefit both client and talent, including enhanced onboarding processes, bespoke suitability scoring for each project, and a commitment to inclusivity across every stage, from identification through to content creation. She will continue to report into CC Clark, EVP of communications, with an additional line for Client Inclusivity into managing director Katy Wright.

Zoe said: “Effective inclusivity processes are key to driving more representative, equitable work. I look forward to continuing to develop DEI practices that shape our communications, collaborating closely with teams to ensure that inclusivity sits at the heart of all projects and remains a core value of the agency.”

Katy Wright, managing director at FCB Inferno said: "Inclusivity, more so now than ever, is the core conversation driving agency and brand culture, creativity and effectiveness. It’s absolutely crucial that we have the right people in the right places to drive us forwards. Zoe’s passion and strategy will utilise our existing teams and resources including HR and our internal DEI committee Belong, in a way that creates powerful and actionable change in the work we create.”
