BUCK designs an electrifying brand system that amplifies connection, culture, and creativity

BUCK, a global design company, unveils Eventbrite’s brand transformation, redefining the platform’s visual and verbal identity to inspire the next generation of event-goers and organisers.

Designed to reinforce Eventbrite's role as the ultimate destination for discovering and hosting live experiences, these updates reflect the brand’s mission to bring people together. BUCK’s work covers the entire Eventbrite ecosystem, from tone of voice to logo, from photography to typography, and from top to bottom.

Eventbrite plays a crucial role in fostering real-world connections in an increasingly digital age. To reflect this shift, BUCK worked with the events marketplace to create a bold, expressive, and highly flexible identity system - one that re-positions the brand from a transactional ticketing platform to a cultural catalyst for discovery, connection, and shared experiences. The new tone of voice speaks to and empowers both event creators and consumers, cementing Eventbrite’s new position as the connective tissue bringing these groups together.

Our reimagined brand doesn't just capture this cultural shift–it amplifies it. With BUCK's help, we've created a dynamic visual system that celebrates the journey from discovery to memory-making, while maintaining the vibrant energy that's uniquely Eventbrite,” said Samantha Wu, CMO at Eventbrite. 

“Eventbrite's refreshed brand is about movement, energy, and emotion. We wanted to create a brand system that doesn’t just stand out but actively pulls you in - like the feeling of being in a crowd or the anticipation of a great night out,” says Liron Eldar, creative director at BUCK. “The dynamic logo, high-energy colour palette, and layered design elements all work in harmony to reflect the electric nature of live events, while being flexible enough to adapt to any experience that Eventbrite has to offer.”

At the heart of Eventbrite's refreshed brand is 'The Path' - our dynamic new mark symbolising the event journey, from discovery to memory-making. As a brand powered by a vibrant and diverse community of event organisers and attendees, The Path is customisable, designed to come to life in unique community expressions. We infuse it with visual elements that capture the essence of different communities – vibrant, delectable treats for the foodies, lush leafy patterns for plant lovers, dynamic musical instruments for live music fans, and colourful artistic swirls for creative souls. Each playful adaptation transforms The Path into a living reflection of community identity, while maintaining its role as a universal symbol that invites everyone to connect around what they love most. We’ve also reimagined our iconic orange and introduced a new colour palette with vibrant complementary hues, energy auras featuring expressive neon gradients, custom illustrations, and bold typography. These components can be flexibly combined across all brand touchpoints, from digital platforms to out-of-home campaigns and event promotions, creating a cohesive yet adaptable visual language. 

This work was developed in partnership with Eventbrite, with BUCK leading the brand refresh and Instrument, a design and technology company, leading the consumer app redesign. With this evolution, Eventbrite is primed to meet the changing ways people discover and engage with culture with an identity designed to grow and evolve alongside its vibrant community.
