EKCS, the global creative services agency, appointed Michael Storey to the role of executive director, of client solutions (UK & Europe) and vice-president, of client solutions (North America). Formerly head of creative and branding for Ocado, where he was the longest-serving member of the senior leadership team, Michael has over 15 years of experience leading in-house creative teams.
In his new role, Michael brings together EKCS’s consulting and client account management functions, leading the company’s shift towards a more consultative approach. This strategic shift aims to enhance client relationships by prioritising understanding, innovation, and responsiveness, driving greater client satisfaction and business growth.
