For the third consecutive year, social and content agency eight&four has partnered with Genesis Motor Europe as a production partner for the Genesis Scottish Open and Goodwood Festival of Speed. 

Tasked with content production, content management and influencer activation, the agency navigated the challenge of managing both events in the same week, delivering a 'social-first' content strategy that exceeded expectations.

The content produced garnered over 25 million video views across both events, with an impressive average retention rate of over 65%. Additionally, they achieved over 55 million impressions, helping to drive significant awareness with new audiences aligned with both events.

Highlights of the weekend included:

  • Genesis Scottish Open Exclusive with Austin Kaiser: Step onto the Genesis Scottish Open green with us as we sit down with Austin Kaiser, caddie to 2022 winner Xander Schauffele. In this engaging video, Kaiser shares insights on what it means to support top athletes and how the Genesis brand embodies performance and excellence. This content highlights the synergy between athletic performance and the Genesis brand ethos, drawing a compelling parallel that resonates with golf enthusiasts and automotive fans alike.
  • Live Podcast from Goodwood with Sam from Seenthroughglass and Jacky Ickx: At Goodwood this year, the team’s two live podcast episodes featured host automotive expert and YouTuber Sam from Seenthroughglass, interviewing racing legend and Genesis brand partner Jacky Ickx along with hillclimb drivers, and automotive photographer Alex Stead .
