Ebiquity plc, the world leader in media investment analysis, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Media Management Inc (MMi) and conditional agreement to acquire MediaPath Network AB (MediaPath). These acquisitions accelerate Ebiquity’s vision to create a fully integrated world leader in media investment analysis, operating on a high-quality technology platform, eliminating waste, and creating value for the world’s leading brands.
As part of this move, Thomas Bridge, Founder and CEO at MMi, will join Ebiquity’s North American leadership team as President, Ebiquity North America, with current Managing Director, North America Paul Williamson stepping into the role of Managing Director, Ebiquity Americas. Susanne Elias, Founding Partner, Executive Chairman and Chief Product & Innovation Officer at MediaPath, will join Ebiquity’s Executive Leadership Team as Chief Business Integration Officer.

Founded 27 years ago, MMi is a leading media audit services firm providing clients across the U.S. with transparency and accountability across all media channels for national and local media, as well as agency performance validation. Headquartered in St. Louis, MO, the company serves major brands including GM, AT&T, Samsung, and GEICO with a team of 40 people across the U.S.

Founded by Susanne Elias in 2008 in Stockholm, Sweden, the business has a team of 45 people in 12 countries focused primarily on serving international clients including ABInbev, Disney, and Kraft Heinz.
Both deals were signed on March 29 March 2022, with MMi expected to complete on or around April 4th and MediaPath on or around April 22nd. Both businesses will re-brand soon after completion.
