Draftfcb Lands Sanya Gao Sheng Development

Draftfcb Hong Kong has won a competitive five-way pitch for new client Sanya Gao Sheng Development Company Ltd. The agency has been tasked with managing the strategy, project branding, communications and public relations for a large scale villa development in Sanya, Hainan, which will target affluent buyers and large corporations in China’s north.
The villas are located at the centre of Haitang Bay, Sanya and will be 3 – 4 storeys high, and measuring up to 1000 square metres each.

“There’s great momentum and energy within the agency,” said Iris Lo, Managing Director and ECD of the Hong Kong agency. “This coupled with our creative and strategic expertise will equip us to help create a campaign with maximum impact and exposure for this promising new project.”
The new account follows recent property development sector wins for Draftfcb Hong Kong including the Hong Kong Housing Society and the West Kowloon Cultural District.

The campaign will launch in Q4 of this year.
