This Valentine’s Day, DoorDash is promoting self-love with the launch of its 'Self-Love Bouquet,' featuring 11 fresh flowers and one Rose, the TikTok-viral, critics-approved, and famous sex toy.
This unique bouquet, created in partnership with creative independent ad agency GUT Los Angeles, reimagines the traditional Valentine’s Day bouquet to champion self-love.
In select cities, people can get a rosy Valentine’s Day experience straight to their doorstep, available in Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Houston, and Detroit while supplies last.
Here’s how it works:
“This Valentine’s Day, we wanted to encourage self-love and showcase how DoorDash has flowers for everyone in your life, including yourself.” said Mariota Essery, executive creative director at DoorDash. “On a holiday that traditionally focuses on a specific kind of love, we set out to remind people that they can be their own Valentine through this fun, empowering campaign.”
“We were thrilled to work with DoorDash on this elegant and sexy campaign that highlights what too often goes undiscussed: In order to truly love others, you need to love yourself first,” said Ariel Abramovici, ECD at GUT Los Angeles. “We’re excited for DoorDash’s customers to experience the Self-Love Bouquet and spread that love to others.”
For those looking for more traditional options, DoorDash makes it easier than ever to send fresh, beautiful, and same-day delivery of flowers in time for V-day, partnering with local and national florists nationwide. These gifts are available for same-day delivery to your doorstep, sent directly to someone else, or scheduled in advance for national delivery. Plus, now through February 19th, you can score a 40% discount on any flower purchase (up to $25 off) using the code 40VDAY** at checkout.
In addition to its Self-Love Bouquet, DoorDash is also launching the Pickable Billboard, a procrastinator’s dream featuring a wall installation made of roses you can take home just in time to save the day. Set to be featured in Los Angeles and Miami, between February 12th-15th people can go to the billboard and pluck a single red rose while supplies last, which will include a custom note and QR code explaining how they can order the other 11 roses on DoorDash.
