Director Brent Harris Joins GREATERGOOD

GREATERGOOD has announced that acclaimed director, Brent Harris, has joined its roster for US commercial representation. With an impressive career shooting for some of the world’s most iconic brands - including Nike, Expedia, EA, Intel, PlayStation, Coca-Cola, NASCAR, and Goodyear - Brent brings his signature cinematic approach and emotionally charged filmmaking to the company’s growing line up of creative talent.

Born in South Africa and now based in New York City, Brent has built a reputation for crafting powerful, human-centred narratives, complemented by richly cinematic visuals. In Harris’s own words, 'form follows emotion'.

His work has been recognised with five Cannes Lions, two AICP Awards, three D&AD Pencils, and a One Show Gold Pencil, cementing his status as a director with both vision and precision.

Beyond his success in the commercial realm, Harris has made waves in the world of narrative filmmaking. His short film Locals Only, a deeply personal reflection on growing up in Apartheid South Africa, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and went on to screen at 10 international festivals, winning Best Film at the 2020 One Screen Film Festival in New York. His 2021 short, La Légende, served as a reverential tribute to the legendary French electronic duo, Daft Punk.

Currently, Brent is developing a feature film exploring one of the darkest chapters in the life of legendary American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright, further showcasing his ability to blend historical depth with cinematic craft.
