Director and Illustrator Izzy Burton Joins Troublemakers

Troublemakers has announced the arrival of director and illustrator Izzy Burton to its team. 

Izzy Burton is a talented artist who knows how to convince with her colourful and poetic universe. Brilliant in mathematics, she hesitated for a long time to pursue a career in computer science before finally turning definitively to art, fortunately for Troublemakers. Her lively creations combine reality anchored in a fantastic environment. Her inspiration comes mainly from her childhood spent between England and the United States. Her creations are very diversified, she easily passes from the great plains of America to the small streets of Brooklyn.

Her characters are also highly designed, everything is linked by a fine and precise line recalling watercolour. She recently put all these elements into practice to make her first short film Via. This achievement has enabled her to win numerous awards at festivals and even to be longlisted for the BAFTA in 2019.
