DigitasLBi has promoted Client Partner
Kate Mottram to the newly-created role of Head of Client Services.
The moves reflect the
agency’s continued commitment to investing in the industry’s best talent, in
order to help clients make their brands count.
Mottram joined DigitasLBi
as an Account Director in 2010, and was soon elevated to Senior Account
Director, then Client Director, before coming a Client Partner in 2014. She has
been responsible for a portfolio of some of the agency’s largest accounts and has
led several major international pitch wins, for brands including Kellogg’s and
Samsung.
In her new role as Head of
Client Services, Mottram will lead and develop the agency’s team of 60 client
services professionals, ensuring that all colleagues are providing
industry-leading service to clients with an emphasis on creative and strategic
leadership. She will also lead on client services recruitment strategy and help
to develop a new approach to learning and development.
Mottram will report to Matt
Steward, who was named as Managing Director at DigitasLBi in 2015.
Prior to joining
DigitasLBi, Mottram held positions at a number of agencies, including The UNION
and Twentysix.
