It’s never too early for your first agency gig - the kids of Deutsch LA take on AI generation, copywriting, voice acting by storm
On the 8th annual Little Deutschers Day, kids ages 6-12 work with brands like PetSmart, CMAB, Nintendo, Adobe and Walmart, and more!
Last week, Deutsch LA hosted budding advertising professionals, hoping to encourage early enthusiasm for advertising by interacting with various roles and facets of agency life while also learning about client work. At the end of the day, Little Deutschers took home a resume of the skills they learned and accomplishments they achieved throughout the day.
The kids of Deutsch LA rotated through various stations dedicated to learning a new skill while interacting with the agency’s accounts.
- PetSmart: Little Deutschers tried their hand at AI generation by creating their 'dream pet.' Using a modified version of PetSmart Charities’ Rescue Writer AI tool, they crafted imaginative descriptions of their dream pet. These were then used to create a generative AI image of their dream pet.
- Nintendo: The kids became voice actors for a scene from 'The Super Mario Bros' movie in the agency’s audio and mix room.
- Walmart: Little Deutschers shopped a pop-up in the agency’s kitchen featuring healthy snacks and small toys, using play money received in a branded NerdWallet wallet.
- Adobe: A Little Deutschers day tradition, the kids took part in a fun photo shoot, but this time, AI Adobe backgrounds were created as backdrops.
- California Milk Advisory Board: Milkshakes of their choosing were created and they even tried their hand at copywriting by naming their signature creations.
