DEPT and BIGR Social Build AI-Powered Application to Revolutionise Social Media Management

With its early access launch in May 2024, BIGR Social wants to change the way small businesses manage their social media, ushering in a new era of efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.

BIGR Social uses AI to analyse a business’ existing online presence and automatically generate personalised posts that include a caption, image, and hashtags - all scheduled for the best platforms, days, and times. This takes the pressure off small business owners, allowing more time to manage other aspects of their business while their social media is handled efficiently and reliably. 

DEPT's demonstrated expertise in digital product design and deep understanding of AI technologies makes them the ideal partner to build the cutting-edge AI-powered automation solution BIGR Social needs. To generate social media captions, the AI will adapt to the tone of voice of each business, based on information it learns from the business website and any existing social posts. In the first stage, the AI will not generate any visual content, instead using images that already exist on the business website or socials, or prompting owners to take images similar to an example it provides.
