It’s small healthy choices that add up to better wellness over time, but sometimes we need help to  overcome our natural instincts that lead us astray. Samsung is taking on this uniquely human tension with the launch of Samsung Health for everyday wellness, powered by Galaxy AI.

With global research showing only 12% of people say their wellbeing is where it should be, and 45% of gen z don’t seek help for their wellbeing as they don’t feel comfortable talking about it, Samsung Health is bringing Galaxy AI technology to offer expert-level monitoring and personalized coaching across everyday sleep, exercise and movement.

With a seamless and secure device ecosystem, Samsung Health is designed to integrate with people’s lifestyles and enable better wellness through personalised recommendations to help make the right changes.

Samsung announced this evolution as part of its annual signature event, Galaxy Unpacked, with a playful short film created by Ogilvy New York. The film tells the story of a modern young man encountering his prehistoric instincts in the form of a caveman, whom he teaches about the new AI-powered Samsung Health and how it’s helping him change his ways.
