Buntin campaign shows how durable Trex is for whatever life throws at it

Trex, the world’s number one decking brand is unveiling the next chapter in outdoor living innovation with the launch of its 'Trex Vs' campaign. The campaign showcases Trex’s portfolio of decking and railing offerings in its omni-channel campaign that includes broadcast, website, digital, and paid and organic social channels. It also includes Trex’s first-ever broadcast assets dedicated to railing products. This work was produced in partnership with the independent Nashville agency BUNTIN, who has been the brand’s AOR for 10 years.

The campaign marks a strategic evolution in the Trex brand and voice – from 'Engineering What’s Next in Outdoor Living' to the bold and product-driven 'Performance Engineered for Your Life Outdoors.' Trex remains the leader in the decking category, focusing this campaign on product durability and performance with whatever life throws at it.

'Performance Engineered for Your Life Outdoors' reinforces the reality that no matter what life throws at your deck, Trex delivers unmatched durability, resilience, and pristine beauty. It is a new day and age for Trex, moving on from lifestyle inspiration to showing off the real, battle tested strength of its products ready to weather any 'storm'.

The '40th Birthday' commercial features an outdoor birthday party that takes place on a sprawling Trex deck, showing how the product can withstand everything from dance moves to dropped burgers to champagne corks.

'Regionals', Trex’s first-ever broadcast work focused on railing, shows the resilience and durability of Trex’s railing product. In the spot, the railing acts as a balance beam for a young gymnast preparing for her regionals competition. Other social videos feature Trex decks and railings as locations for real-life scenarios like fishing, gardening, and even a children’s tea party.
