Deadra Rahaman Joins Hero Collective as EVP of Client Services and Strategy

Hero Collective, the fastest growing Black owned agency in the US, announced today the strengthening of its leadership team by hiring Deadra Rahaman as EVP of client services and strategy. Deadra Rahaman joins the agency to oversee all client services across the agency’s growing lifestyle division, which includes accounts like Lenovo, HP Inc., TIAA, Nike, Google, Shell and Jordan Brand.

Rahaman is a 17 year veteran who joins Hero Collective after time spent as VP of brand strategy at Huge, and at SpikeDDB, where she also oversaw client services and strategy. In 2021, Rahaman was named a Black Woman Trailblazer by Adweek.

Deadra fills a newly created position at the agency dedicated to supporting the needs of our clients. Previously, client services fell under the remit of the EVP of Creative and Client Services, Sarah Hashim, who departed the agency in April.
