Chris joins DDB from Omnicom, where he served as a leader at Interbrand, a renowned brand consultancy. With over 35 years of experience in brand, innovation, and creative strategy, Chris has worked across almost every industry and arena sector globally. He has collaborated with some of the world's most iconic brands, including Hilton, McDonald's, American Airlines, British Airways, Nestle, Unilever, Microsoft, ABInBev, Danone, Mars, Zoetis, Cadillac, the London 2012 Olympics, and the United Nations W.H.O.
Throughout his career, Chris has held several prominent positions, including chairman of IPG's Futurebrand and deputy CEO of Sapient Nitro, which won the prestigious Cannes PR Grand Prix Lion Award in 2009. He has also worked in leadership roles at WPP's brand consultancy, Enterprise IG, and collaborated with engineering, software, hardware, and design teams across the globe, solidifying his reputation as a visionary in the industry.
As the global director of brand integrity and experience, Chris will play a pivotal role in shaping DDB Worldwide's strategic direction and ensuring the agency's clients receive unparalleled brand experiences. His current focus lies in re-inventing companies for the era of 'Purpose-led' brand leadership. Furthermore, Chris has dedicated himself to mentoring and educating the next generation of branding, marketing, and creative professionals. He has collaborated with esteemed educational institutions such as SCAD, Columbia University, Rutgers, Georgetown, and Bournemouth Universities.
Chris is a champion for ethics, diversity, and inclusion within Interbrand and Omnicom and was recently named one of the top global most influential role models for the LGBTQ+ community by Involve. Chris led the brand strategy and identity development of NYC and World Pride and Stonewall 50 in 2019.
Chris will split his time between New York and London, working closely with global DDB accounts and teams to leverage his knowledge and expertise for clients.
