With more than 15 years of experience in the advertising industry serving international clients, at Deloitte and WPP, Sabine Rumeau joins DDB Paris as chief financial officer.
For Stéphanie Leray, previously in charge of business development at Accenture Song, it marks a return to DDB Paris as managing director. Her mission positions her at the intersection of relations between DDB Paris and the rest of the Omnicom network. She will also be responsible for the development of the agency's major international accounts, such as Royal Canin.
These two strategic recruitments follow the recent appointments of Paul Ducré and Alexander Kalchev as co-CEOs of DDB Paris, opening a new chapter for the agency.
"We are very pleased that Sabine and Stéphanie have chosen to join us to accelerate the international influence we wish to give to DDB Paris," explain Paul and Alexander.
Following a rich two-year entrepreneurial experience within a Toulouse-based startup, Sabine Rumeau spent nearly 10 years at Deloitte in financial auditing/advisory, including six years in charge of the Michelin group. In 2017, she joined WPP for five years as the chief financial officer France of Wunderman Thompson, which is now known as VML.
Before rejoining DDB Paris, Stéphanie Leray was responsible for business development for creative services and managed the Peugeot account at Accenture. Under her leadership, Accenture Song notably won the global communication for Peugeot. Before that, Stéphanie Leray was in charge of New Business at Romance, and earlier in her career, she led the Volkswagen account for 10 years.
