New Orleans-based post production house Cadence Post welcomes colourist and editor Dave Dixon to the team. As a video editor and colorist specialising in commercials and short-form video content, Dave is skilled in crafting narratives that not only tell compelling stories but also elevate and enrich the overall viewing experience.
Dave joins Cadence Post after an impactful stint at IBM iX, where he honed his skills and contributed to the realm of video production and post-production.
Prior to his role at IBM iX, Dave freelanced at Vossler, COLOR and RUN Studios as a colorist, where he worked with notable brands like Microsoft, Meta, REI, Arc’Teryx and Nordstrom. During this time, he led post-production workflows, collaborating with studios, agencies, and brands to enhance commercials and short-form video content through meticulous editing and colour grading.
