Full-service creative agency Dagger has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Jason Hatfield as senior vice president of account management.
Jason has more than 20 years of agency experience, including chief client officer roles at Morrison and Bright Red, and will lead and expand key accounts, developing relationships and seeking out opportunities to drive value for clients and fuel Dagger’s growth.
Jason’s experience spans a myriad of categories and acclaimed work for high-profile brands including The Coca-Cola Company, Cooper Tires, Krystal and Cox Communications. He's especially proud of his marketing contributions in launching Atlanta's acclaimed Center for Civil and Human Rights and his work with his alma mater, The University of Georgia.
“As we scale, we’re building a team with the experience, drive and entrepreneurial mindset to support Dagger’s future growth,” said Missy Taylor, managing partner at Dagger. “Jason is not only a strategic client and team leader but a very smart marketer with a passion for exploring new opportunities to push our clients to greater success. We’re excited to welcome him to the team.”
“I've long admired Dagger’s work with brands like Aflac, IHG and Cox Automotive and willingness to question the status quo, cut through the noise and do things differently,” said Jason Hatfield. “Dagger is a unique agency and embodies an Atlanta-centric mentality of independence, hustle and culture – which are important to me. I'm impressed by the team's drive to make clients successful and looking forward to doing great work together.”
