Following a competitive pitch process, The Real Adventure Unlimited has been appointed by Costa to develop a best-in-class loyalty programme that delivers multi-channel 1-to-1 relationships for their customers.
The agency will be bringing together their expertise in data, technology and creative to deliver a loyalty programme that goes further than the collection of points, adding value for each individual customer.
