Natalie McClare: VP of operations

Natalie McClare, who joined the agency just over a year ago, has quickly become a cornerstone of operational excellence at ONE23WEST. In her new role as VP of operations, Natalie will oversee the agency’s creative resourcing, lead the production team, and work closely with managing directors to ensure seamless operations across all departments.
