Independent full-service advertising agency Chemistry has announced that Javier Santana has been named CXO of its digital unit, React Digital @ Chemistry. In his new role, Javier will ensure that React Digital remains at the forefront of the industry by driving innovation within the strategy, UX/UI, and creative departments. He will also spearhead the development and implementation of systematic approaches, creating scalable intellectual property that enhances React Digital’s market offerings and drives sustainable growth.

Javier brings over 25 years of experience in creative, technology, and digital experiences, with a proven track record of delivering innovative digital products for top brands while putting the customer at the centre of every interaction. Javier joins Chemistry from Launch, where he served as co-founder and CXO for over 13 years. At Launch, Javier spearheaded client relationships and the creation of digital experiences for industry leaders, including Salesforce, Autodesk, Honeywell Aerospace, NCR, and Coursera.
