Integrated digital marketing and advertising agency Cheil UK has completed its leadership line-up with the promotion of Michael Chadwick to the newly created role of managing director, solutions. His appointment follows the recent hiring of MRM’s Rikke Wichmann-Bruun as managing director, client services, and both leaders will jointly run the UK business, reporting to UK CEO, Chris Camacho.
This move follows a series of key appointments over the past year, including Rikke alongside Dentsu’s Anne-Marie Worden as head of new business and marketing; and Mindshare’s Angelina Cattanach as head of people.
Together, this leadership team will drive Cheil UK’s ambition to be the leading connected commerce agency, delivering transformative digital and retail experiences for clients.
The leadership structure reflects Cheil UK’s commitment to integrating best-in-class marketing strategies with digital and retail innovation, following double-digit growth and recent key client wins, including Samsung.

Michael Chadwick moves into his new role from his previous position as head of strategy and experience. As managing director, solutions, he will spearhead product innovation and develop integrated, client-facing solutions that address complex business challenges. His remit will encompass technology, creative, strategy, and experience design, ensuring Cheil UK continues to push boundaries in connected commerce. Michael will work closely with Rikke to advance client engagement strategies and enhance the agency’s offerings across digital and retail.
Alongside Michael’s promotion, Cheil UK has recently made a number of other key leadership moves. Ahmed Musa has been promoted to Head of Digital, expanding his remit from Head of Performance to lead digital transformation strategies across web platforms, data personalisation, CRM, performance, and retail media. Donna Buckingham has stepped into the role of head of account management, overseeing all client relationships after successfully managing the Samsung European business for the past three years. Adam Blennerhassett has been appointed head of European retail marketing, leading the expansion of Cheil’s retail marketing footprint across Europe and driving best practices through the regional Centre of Excellence. Sam Mir has moved into the role of head of delivery, ensuring seamless execution of client projects and reinforcing Cheil’s reputation for operational excellence, while Tom Beavington has been named group operations director, optimising agency workflows and resource management to drive high-impact client results.
