Celeste Bell Joins Deutsch New York

Deutsch New York has announced the appointment of Celeste Bell, EVP, director of human resources. She joins directly from Publicis Media, where she was vice president, talent acquisition since 2019.

The majority of Celeste’s career experience was with Major League Baseball, where she was instrumental in the digital evolution of that organisation. Most recently as senior director, a crucial focus at MLB was on recruitment efforts around technology, engineering and media, creating employee programs for the purpose of development, engagement and retention and establishing partnerships with forward-thinking organisations like All Star Code, Girls Who Code and ScriptEd / CodeNation to build diverse pipelines.

At Deutsch, Celeste will lead all HR activities, including employee relations, the acquisition, development and retention of talent, and importantly will be involved in structural and strategic change management as the agency looks to its future. Reporting directly to DiFebo, Celeste’s first day at Deutsch will be 2nd November.
