Carmichael Lynch is promoting Stacy Janicki to the role of chief operations officer, a new position created to amplify the company’s operational capabilities in response to our expanding scale and the fast-evolving industry landscape. She will continue to lead the account management and project management teams, ensuring that operational strategies not only support robust service delivery but also foster the agency’s core values.

Stacy has been named one of Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 'Woman to Watch' and an IPG Agency Champion of Inclusion, in part for her work on Blaze, an internal group focused on supporting the growth, development and retention of women at Carmichael Lynch. She served for nine years as the Chairperson of the Twin Cities 4A’s board and has served as a mentor with The BrandLab and Mpls MadWomen.

With over 12 years at Carmichael Lynch, Janicki has contributed to work heralded by the O’Toole Awards, PRSA Silver Anvils, the Webby Awards, The One Show and Effies. As a respected industry expert, she has been sought out by esteemed media outlets, including CNBC, BBC and the New York Times, for her point of view on industry-related matters and has published articles in Ad Age and Fast Company. She has also participated in a panel about the growth of marketing in women’s sports at the Cannes Creative Festival in 2022. Janicki graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where she played on the nationally ranked women’s basketball team and has coached youth basketball for the last 20 years.
