The My Bupa Latin America app incorporates Transdermal Optical Imaging technology that will allow Bupa Global Latin Americans to monitor their vital signs from their cell phone

Technology has become a key element for Bupa Global Latin America as it is the tool that has allowed it to streamline its processes and offer its services even faster. The international health insurance company announces the launch of its new Mi Bupa Latin America app, which will allow its customers to monitor their vital signs from their cell phones in real time and manage the benefits contained in each of their policies.

For this launch, Geometry Colombia developed a creative communication campaign to promote the new Mi Bupa Latin America App and to inform in the best way the advantages and novelties of the app in the care and prevention of the health of its policyholders.

Mi Bupa Latin America integrates the new Transdermal Optical Imaging technology, which processes almost imperceptible changes in facial blood flow, from videos captured with the cell phone camera, determining blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and even the level of stress from the captured signals. In this way, users will be able to have a better control of their health by being able to quickly identify if they should pay attention to any of the results.

The importance of Geometry Colombia with its successful way of communicating these technological advances, determined the good understanding of the functions of the App, which also led to the great reception and understanding of the information provided.

"At Bupa Global Latin America we continue to transform and innovate our digital services to continue contributing to the health care of our customers. With the launch of My Bupa Latin America, we seek to change the way vital signs are monitored so that our policyholders can have greater control of their health in real time with a single video selfie from their cell phone," said Diego Fernandez, CEO of Bupa Global Latin America.

Through digital transformation, Bupa Global Latin America has achieved a 66% reduction in CO2 emissions, equivalent to 78 million emissions per ton. Bupa Global Latin America will continue working to innovate products and services that allow it to continue to fulfil its purpose of helping people to live longer, healthier, happier lives and create a better world.

Geometry Colombia will remain committed to Bupa Global Latin America and its policyholders, to provide and communicate in the best way the digital advances in health issues that will be incorporated during the coming years.
