Sometimes, projects come along that present a true challenge, and Lenovo’s was undoubtedly one of them. From the beginning, Tomorrow was certain they wanted to carry it out with Camino in Barcelona, and from day one, we focused on making sure everything fit perfectly. Drew Kirsch's creativity was dazzling on paper; just by reading the treatment, we knew this was a truly special project, both in its scale and spectacular nature. The pre-production timeline was extremely tight—just 15 days—and the requirements were immense: we had to build eight rooms, each with its own unique and well-defined aesthetic.
It was a meticulous and detailed effort, in which the local production designer, Perry Newberry, and his team worked hand-in-hand with the production and styling departments to bring to life these eight chromatic universes, crafted specifically for each character in the film.
The dedication and care that the lighting, grip and camera crew, led by Adri del Val, the director of photography, put into the work is evident in every shot of the film.
During the shoot, all the pieces fell into place, and the four days of filming flowed under the best conditions. We hope you enjoy the result as much as we do.
