Build-A-Bear Names Known as Agency of Record

Build-A-Bear Workshop, the iconic, multigenerational global brand on a mission to “add a little more heart to life,” today announced it has selected marketing agency Known as its agency of record. 

Through this partnership, Known will focus on Build-A-Bear’s efforts in expanding its omnichannel footprint and integrated consumer communications in order to build upon its commercial momentum as one of the premier brands in creating memories that last a lifetime. Already at work on a variety of strategic and creative initiatives, Known will also focus on extending Build-A-Bear’s multi-generational fanbase across a broad range of touchpoints including in-store, website, omnichannel campaigns, new partnerships and original programming with the goal of accelerating the company’s growth.

The first work from this newly appointed partnership is expected to hit the market in Spring 2024.
