BT Sport Reconnects Noisy Neighbours with the Beautiful Game
Laurie Smith who Dan Dickenson signed to Merman, has now followed him to Curate Films. Laurie is currently working with BT Sport, and his latest for the channel is a reminder that you can film a top end commercial in lock down. His co-writer and director was actually producer Nick Latimer. Shot remotely with direction given through Zoom and FaceTime, it follows a multitude of families getting back into football, all shot at home of course. DOP Hamish Anderson was a champion according to Laurie, and was incredibly hands on plus made the film look so much better than the current run of USG work doing the rounds.
