Born Social’s paid trainee scheme, ‘Born Ready’ forms a part of the social marketing agency’s dedicated efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in the agency world by providing opportunities for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to enter and excel in the industry.
Born Social is seeking candidates from diverse ethnic, cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds or with neurodiversity or disability where participants will undergo a 12-week paid training programme covering various aspects of social media marketing, with a particular focus on social media management and social media creative.
The trainee scheme is designed to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where participants feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique talents and perspectives. Trainees will have access to mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals within the agency, who are committed to supporting their growth and development throughout the programme.
Upon successful completion of the programme, outstanding trainees may have the opportunity to join Born Social as full-time employees, contributing to the agency's diverse and dynamic team.
