Beavertown Brewery Journeys to a New World with Latest Summer Campaign

Beavertown Brewery has announced its new above the line campaign - ‘Destination. Planet Summer’. Just launched, the campaign will see the brand continue to go live nationally across the UK.

‘Destination. Planet Summer.’ is a celebration of all of the great possibilities summer brings with it, and places Neck Oil IPA, the brand's flagship beer at the heart of those celebrations. In true Beavertown style, the campaign takes Beavertown’s iconic visuals and blows them up to epic proportions.

The campaign has been created by Beavertown’s in-house team and illustrated by Nick Dwyer, Beavertown’s creative director and the mastermind behind the brand’s famous cans.

The campaign will be launched across all major cities including London and Manchester, with a mix of platforms including out of home advertising, digital and bespoke trade activations. The campaign will be supported with other assets including Beavertown curated playlists, and reactive DOOH advertising that will even point the way to the nearest pub garden on sunny days.

Speaking about the campaign, Nick Dwyer, Beavertown’s creative director said: ‘‘This summer we are looking to build on last year's panelled creative with a more direct, punchy but also kind of simplified approach. Neck Oil's colour pallet is already so complimentary to a sunny day, so a natural fit for our summer campaign. We're avoiding pack shots and photos entirely, to keep the branding more cohesive, consistent and naturally put together.”

Tom Rainsford, Beavertown’s marketing director, said: “Summer is one of the best feelings in the world, and even better when you’ve got a beer in your hand. Our new national Campaign takes the things people love about us, like our punchy intergalactic creative world and a cracking pint of Neck Oil and places them at the heart of where people are going out and about.”

“We’ve got a full summer of amazing activity like our music events, ‘Summer Collaboration Sessions’ touring the UK from this month. So keep your eyes peeled and enjoy a Neck Oil in the sunshine.”

Beavertown was founded in 2011 by Logan Plant, and is one of the key players in the beer industry today. With a broad range of iconic, uniquely illustrated beers including Neck Oil IPA, Gamma Ray APA and alcohol free Lazer Crush, Beavertown is dedicated to crafting high-quality beers for the thirsty masses.
