Cannes Lion winning creative Luke Till is trading the cobbles of Kingly Street to the vibrant heart of Ireland, as he moves to BBH Dublin as creative director.

Luke will oversee creative output across all BBH Dublin clients and lead the day to day running of the creative department, with an ambition to make iconic work for brands that need it.

BBH Dublin opened its doors in 2022 and since then has tripled in revenue, working with brands including Barnardos, Tesco Mobile, Paddy Power, and Tesco.

Luke joined BBH London in 2019, and alongside his creative partner Lawrence Bushell has been a creative driving force behind some of the agency’s most talked about campaigns.

In 2022, they rewrote a classic and released Ode To Dads for Prostate Cancer UK. For Samsung, they helped create The Openness Medal, designed to empower and celebrate athletes and fans who have the courage to overcome challenges and open up about failure.

In 2024 the duo continued to create ownable and distinctive brand assets for clients, with the creation of Paddy Power’s Ballon D’Art at the World Dart Championship.

They also won at the Euros with the Danny Dyer fronted ‘Europe’s Favourites’ and delivered the brand’s first festive spot with ‘A Shirt Is For Life, Not Just For Christmas’ which lamented the perils of following a team while roasting fans on their home turf with eye-watering OOH executions.

And most recently, they ripped up the OOH rulebook again with the infamous Tesco ICONS campaign.

Karen Martin, CEO, BBH Dublin said, “Luke Till is an absolute creative legend. The rigour, the attention to detail, the craft behind the laughs, the perseverance to create iconic work. What an asset for BBH Dublin and its clients.”

Luke Till, creative director BBH Dublin said, “Ireland has always had a knack for zagging, and with so much great creativity emerging in film and music, it feels like a special time for the advertising industry to capitalise. So where better to help build the Black Sheep brand than Dublin - or as our CEO calls it, the best city in the world.”

Following Luke's move to BBH Dublin, Lawrence and Luke will continue their partnership and creatively direct BBH’s Paddy Power business. Even the Irish Sea can’t separate that love affair. Luke will continue to report to ECD Felipe Serradourada Guimaraes.
