BBDO New York’s Halloween Spot for Snickers
Snickers’ long-running ‘You’re not you when you’re hungry’ campaign continues with the launch of this new Halloween themed spot.
The hungry and slightly useless version of the Headless Horseman is introduced. Meet the Horseless Headsman. A hapless character that fails to even scare a group of youth trick-or-treaters.
The commercial was shot by Craig Gillespie, director of the film Fright Night.
Online media will drive people to the Snickers Facebook page, which the Horseless Headsman will be taking over later this month, contributing a series of funny, confused status updates throughout the Halloween season.
In addition to the :45 version, which is featured online, there is also a :30 length that will run on TV.
