Aunt Bessie’s, one of the nation’s best loved food brands, has appointed creative agency St Luke’s to handle its £10m advertising account. The agency won the business following a competitive pitch against 3 undisclosed agencies. The review was handled directly.
Work will begin on the business immediately, with St Luke’s creating an above the line campaign for 2016 across multiple media platforms as Aunt Bessie’s look to demonstrate the breadth of their food portfolio.
Aunt Bessie’s, part of the William Jackson Food Group, is a UK producer of frozen, ambient and chilled foods with an extensive portfolio that includes Yorkshire Puddings, chips, vegetables, puddings and pies.
Aunt Bessie’s has most recently sponsored the hugely successful ‘I’m a Celebrity’ series on ITV, with idents featuring their well known characters, Margaret and Mabel, facing life in the jungle.
Lorraine Rothwell, Marketing Director at Aunt Bessie’s said: “St Luke’s impressed us with their understanding of our business and a powerful new brand agenda that matches our ambitious targets for Aunt Bessie’s”
