Athletic Brewing Company, the largest non-alcoholic brewery in America, has named independent marketing agency Wpromote as the brand’s first full-funnel media agency of record. Wpromote and Athletic Brewing Company started working together in 2022, with a focus on performance channels, including paid social, paid search, and affiliate marketing. The partnership will now significantly expand to include management of media across the funnel, including OTT, OOH, DOOH, audio, and high-impact display.
Athletic Brewing is revolutionising how modern adults drink by crafting game-changing NA beer that can be consumed anytime and anywhere. Launched in 2018, Athletic is now the number one non-alcoholic beer brand in America. Headquartered in Milford, CT., the company invented a proprietary brewing process to fully ferment its brews to non-alcoholic levels, transforming the perception of non-alcoholic beer and leading a mindfulness movement among millennial and gen z drinkers.
The new partnership with Wpromote will focus on increasing awareness and driving sales across Athletic Brewing’s audiences through a full-funnel media approach that showcases the brand’s award-winning taste as a non-alcoholic beer innovator.
The Wpromote team will leverage Polaris, the agency’s proprietary marketing tech platform, to establish a single source of truth across all marketing data, bridging the gap between brand and performance to facilitate agile decision-making across media and creative, fuel a data-led approach to integrated media planning and buying while maintaining privacy compliance, and accelerate business outcomes that will power growth for Athletic Brewing.

The appointment aligns with exciting momentum for the agency, which has recently grown its board of directors with the addition of Amanda Richman and Steven Power as chairman of the board to support the agency’s ambitious growth strategy.
