Art Direction Studio Onesal strengthened its production capabilities with two brand-new hires; Kyle Towb joins as regional account manager in the US area. Prajitha Gopinath joins as a producer in the Tokyo head office.
With a work-life focused on business development and marketing and design, Kyle Towb teams up with Onesal’s new business area. Over the past fifteen years, he worked relentlessly for many and varied ranges of companies throughout the United States. Initially, he put emphasis on building top-performing e-commerce businesses, designing user experiences, websites, applications, business management software, and developing marketing strategies for companies across the US, that went from startup businesses to Fortune 50 and U.S. Government Organizations. As a result, he gained meaningful insight into the entire internal working processes, along with an understanding of customer needs and business practices.
Alongside with vast know-how, his interests in arts and advertisement recently led him to become a member of the most important advertising festivals such as D&AD, LIA y ADFEST. His proven track record and broadened capabilities, particularly in delivering high-end marketing strategies and marketplace solutions, turned him into a remarkable asset for Onesal’s initial steps in the US as well as playing a consultative role in shaping the company’s future.
"Kyle and Prajitha bring real enthusiasm and experience to our team", said Onesal founder and creative director Nahuel Salcedo. “We are beyond excited for what's to come as they help to forge new paths for us, particularly in the United States."
With an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Institute of Management in Kerala, Prajitha Gopinath joins the Tokyo team to bring over invaluable expertise on animation production. Starting from scratch, she thrived in her first job positions from production coordinator to line producer, until she became senior associate manager at Toonz, one of the first animation companies in India, where they have produced many animation series for companies such as Sony Entertainment. Strong at scheduling deliveries, budgeting, and forecasting, Prajitha also enrolls with vast experience in large-scale productions leading numerous crews. In her new role, she will continue to oversee Onesal’s production workflow, sharing her vision for achieving success hand-in-hand with a culture of a strong team, customer, and industry partnerships.
Towb and Gopinath will play a pivotal role in strengthening the local production at the studio as well as new business development on the US market. The move is an opportunity to drive Onesal forward at this time of evolution in the industry as well as it is a result of the studio’s growth and continued expansion, building and diversifying an already strong team that strives to achieve goals with proper management. Also, both are very much interested in design and creativity, so they will be a great fit for Onesal and the team is very happy to welcome them.
