SALSA’s new film for The Special Olympics follows one girls dream and was produced by Czar.be.
The film follows a girl, living, breathing and training to become the best that she can be at basketball. You can tell that her passion for her sport is strong and runs deep within her: it is her purpose and her motivation. We don’t see her fully until the final frame, where the viewers notice that she has down syndrome. All Dreams Are Equal. Having a disability doesn’t mean you are less likely or unable to succeed. Everyone is capable of achieving their dreams. You just need to want it enough. And, in this case, this girl shows that drive and motivation can take you anywhere you want to go. The Special Olympics levels the playing field allowing athletes to see their dreams through. Czar are proud to have been able to collaborate with them and we hope you enjoy it as much as we liked making it.
And most importantly, Czar.be hope that people with disabilities feel seen, and that it inspires them to reach for their dreams.
