At The Advertising & Design Club of Canada (ADCC) 75th annual awards gala, LG2 went home with a prestigious Scarlet Letter trophy and the title of Design Agency of the Year. This is the second year in a row and the fifth time overall that the independent creative agency has received the honour.
LG2 designer Pascale Alie-Crête also took home the Rising Star Award, a recognition reserved for emerging talent who are within the first five years of their creative career.
The ADCC determines winners of the Scarlet Letter awards by using a points system based on the number of golds, silvers and merits that an agency, studio or production company received that year. The prizes are awarded by a panel of international judges that give the competition a global perspective.
LG2 was honoured to be the recipient of 31 prizes over the course of the night including a Scarlet Letter, six gold, 12 silver, and 12 bronze. These awards recognise the excellence of our branding and design, digital, architecture and advertising work this year for over 34 clients.
“We're honoured to have received the Scarlet Letter Award a second year in a row. This very special moment is a testament to the hard work and creativity of our team. We're grateful to be recognised by our international peers for our creative contributions to Canada and the world. Our goal is to create designs that are both innovative and sustainable, and tonight's recognition proves that this resonates beyond our borders too.ˮ said Claude Auchu, partner and CEO, LG2.
