Award-winning pet insurance brand ManyPets has unveiled a new above-the-line advertising campaign, showcasing the lifetime bond between pets and pet parents – bringing real customer stories and data insights from around half a million customers to the forefront.
The creative campaign was produced and directed by Marc Connell and Alex Doe from ManyPets, who assembled a talented internal and external team to bring the TV ad and integrated creative to life.
Following Golden Retriever Ziggy from playful puppyhood to his golden years, the campaign authentically captures the joys and responsibilities of caring for a pet throughout their lifetime, and beautifully underscores the necessity of having pet insurance along the way.
Ryan Wheaton, ManyPets vice-president of Brand, shares, “At ManyPets, we've always been dedicated to supporting the relationship between pets and pet parents. This new campaign delves deeper, illustrating how our pet lives evolve and highlighting the moments that really matter.”
Not only does the campaign highlight the important role of pet insurance cover, but it also showcases the everyday benefits available to ManyPets customers – from unlimited video vet advice to discounts on pet food and helpful guides for dog-friendly outings – the campaign culminates in the message: “Here if you need us, here if you don’t”.
Kate McCutchen, interim CMO at ManyPets, adds, “ManyPets is on a mission to highlight its leading proposition, from award-winning insurance products to everyday perks that help pet parents give their pets the best life possible. Through the authentic story in this latest campaign, which is inspired by real customers, the team at ManyPets have done that brilliantly.”
Behind the scenes, ManyPets worked with director of photography Annie Kruntcheva and stills photographer Ed Schofield over a six-week period to craft visuals which capture a lifetime of moments. The team also collaborated with prominent post production house, Rascal Studio, to create a seamless visual story through the star Ziggy’s life.
The ManyPets campaign hits TV screens this month and will also be visible across catch-up services, digital and social media.
