Adobe Calls on Creative Minds to Make Waves This World Ocean Day

In honour of World Ocean Day on June 8th, Adobe is excited to continue its partnership with The Ocean Agency (TOA) and the United Nations’ Ocean Decade for the second year of its #CreateWaves campaign! As part of the campaign, Adobe Express is sharing three eye-catching templates (one, two or three) to raise awareness for the ocean and the growing need for its protection.

The #CreateWaves templates give any creator the ability to personalise digital artwork and share support for the campaign across social media. This year’s campaign will inspire global audiences to protect our oceans from the threat of global warming, with the theme 'Ocean Self-Portrait,' calling us to maintain global warming to less than 1.5 degrees Celsius, and to encourage the Adobe community to create images sharing their personal connections to the ocean.

A selection of pieces created with the latest templates will be used to launch a digital Ocean Decade Exhibition in partnership with The Florida Aquarium (FLAQ). The exhibition will feature animated digital displays and engaging activations where visitors can share their Adobe Express ocean portraits. The exhibition will also travel to the UN World Ocean Conference happening in Lisbon on June 27th - July 1st.
