Gerald McMorrow and production company 76 Ltd have created a music video for the track 'Naughty Corner' by London-based band Filthy Boy.
The renowned director has fashioned a highly stylised homage to 1950s fetish films with this black and white, 4 minute 35 second music promo. Three girls tease and the singer mouths the lyrics morosely, as the viewer gets to step behind the camera, with casting and cuts, stops and starts, smoothly becoming part of the action.
McMorrow's previous directorial work includes the award-winning short “Thespian X” and the 2009 feature length “Franklyn” featuring Eva Green, Sam Riley and Ryan Phillipe, as well as recent ads for the likes of Alton Towers and Panasonic.
Filthy Boy are managed by Oh Mercy Management and the single 'Naughty Corner' will be released on July 9th on AED records.
