Senior Creative Producer

Delivering breath-taking experiences is your superpower, you love all things production and have a positive, collaborative approach. With a focus on the merging of creativity and operational excellence, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the company’s approach to production, making significant contributions to our award-winning experiences.

Below are some of the things we are looking for from this role:

• You’ll lead on the creative production of your projects, working alongside the project & client experience teams to ensure our clients' requirements are met, as well as our creative vision

• You will oversee a variety of projects with the ability to switch between brand installations, experiential activations and digital experiences seamlessly, ensuring production budgets and timelines are approached with a composed, flexible and positive attitude

• You’ll deliver exceptional client service through clear communication and collaboration, both internally and externally

• You have excellent supplier communication and negotiation skills, with an established ability to manage multiple work streams

• You’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of the creative process, recognising the importance of its strategic objectives as well as ensuring the commercial outputs are achieved

• You have a relentless attention to detail

• You have a genuine interest in emerging technologies and integrated trends

Experience:

5+ years' relevant experience is desired, however this does not have to be with another brand experience agency. Wider experiences are always welcome. Our benchmarked salaries are competitive and will reflect your experience. A generous benefits package is also included.
