A successful candidate would have an extensive client black book, a track record of winning work by creating excellent pitch documents, have knowledge of commercials post production and VFX, be capable of presenting company credentials to clients and ability to manage a team to ensure that group revenue and profitability targets are achieved. It’s a senior management position assisting in creation of annual budget, hiring staff, assisting in developing revenue strategy both in the short and long term.
