The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial Client Services team, working on our flagship client, Toyota, in the UK.
The successful candidate will be the engine of the team, working with the internal teams and with the various client teams to deliver best in class advertising and content at scale. The successful candidate will be leading on adapting central toolkits to put a local spin on the work, taking ownership of leading the charge in innovative ways to transform the automation space in digital and social, and supporting on origination of groundbreaking creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and supporting across a range of projects & campaigns, including delivering across the channels like TVC, radio, OOH, social, digital, web, content.
Developing, maintaining and extend client relationships. Become your client’s partner, always setting & managing expectations, keeping them updated on the progress of projects consistently.
Managing up to the Account Directors and Client Lead effectively, flagging blockers early.
Being a champion in delivering work right first time, pushing the creative agenda.
Being a partner to media colleagues, delivering seamless intergrated campaigns.
Have complete understanding of project process, timings and next steps and drive to keep projects on track through to delivery. Being resourceful and agile to respond to client requests.
Checking all work against feedback before resupplying to the client and delivering quality control across the board to ensure work is on brand and in keeping with guidelines.
Managing project estimates, requesting client POs and overseeing project finances all the way to reconciliation.
