Stone Dogs is an independent boutique post-production studio specialising in VFX and Colour Grading. We pride ourselves on putting the client experience first and delivering exceptional results with meticulous attention to detail.
We are looking for an Executive Producer to lead new business efforts. You’ll nurture relationships with clients across advertising, film, and TV, combining a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Roles Responsibilities:
Clients/Projects:
Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, maintaining partnerships.
Drive new business opportunities in key markets.
Lead pitches for new briefs.
Support the production team with client communication from start to finish.
Oversee project quality, applying industry expertise.
Specialist Knowledge/Expertise:
Collaborate with leadership to set short- and long-term targets.
Identify and address operational challenges alongside department heads.
People/Collaboration:
Provide regular new business updates to leadership.
Work with production and artists to develop award-winning pitches.
Lead by example, fostering a collaborative, positive atmosphere.
Promote teamwork and motivate colleagues.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an EP, in business development, or similar.
Right to work in the UK.
Expertise in estimates, new business, and working with agencies, production companies, or direct clients.
Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in software like Google Suite and Keynote or similar (Adobe InDesign is a bonus).
Location/Days/Compensation:
This is a part-time role requiring 3 days per week.
Competitive compensation, dependent on experience.
