- Project manage sound or music jobs from start to finish: client facing, organising studio sessions and schedules, briefing in-house or 3rd party talent, budgeting, contracts etc. **Please note this isn’t a music composer role**
- Host client attended sound or music sessions with in-house or 3rd party talent
- Report into internal meetings (e.g. production and sales)
- Arrange and attend client meetings and entertainment with potential and existing clients to attract new business
- Participate and actively seek opportunities to raise personal and company profile in the industry through thought leadership - e.g. show + tells, workshops, panels, juries, talks
- Work with the marketing team to boost the visibility of our work through PR activities
- Attend industry events, awards, gatherings and networking opportunities
- Be a source of passion, energy and inspiration to our peers, partners, colleagues and clients
- Contribute to the culture of the company through initiatives, social events and knowledge sharing
- Be a problem solver for our clients, always going beyond to offer a proactive solution that gives them a world-class experience and excellence in the result
- Nurture our in-house talent, and assist them with strategies to build their profile (e.g. reels, showcases, client meetings)
- Manage budgets and contracts and maintain internal systems
- Report to the Head of Sound
- Experience of working in a company providing services to advertising agencies and production companies
- A portfolio of past projects as a Producer / Music Supervisor
- A deep knowledge of the local London advertising industry
- A solid network of contacts (clients and partners)
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, professional environment and handle a number of projects at various stages concurrently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ear and passion for the applied use of sound and music
- A wider interest in creativity, craft and beautiful audiovisual media
Hybrid working
This role is based in our Shoreditch studio three days a week with two days working from home. We also have studios in Stockholm and some international travel may be required with this role.
Working hours: 9am - 6pm. It is often expected in our industry that we be contactable outside of these hours. Knowing this we are protective of our teams and carefully monitor hours worked; flexibility is key.
