Air-Edel is an independent music production company founded by Sir George Martin and Herman Edel in 1969.
We have 50 years experience creating, sourcing and licensing music for advertising, film, television video games and theatre and have an in-house team of music supervisors and composers that we represent worldwide.
We enjoy working with brands to create a soundtrack that's original and unique. Overseeing the whole creative process through from initial briefing and concept stage to final delivery.
We're also fortunate enough to own our own recording studios, Air-Edel Recording Studios, which we acquired in 1990 to ensure that everything can be done under one roof.
The company has offices in Central London and LA.

Music Supervision
We have a wonderful in-house music supervision team assisting on song searches and licensing across various projects for TV and Film. Our music supervisors include Maggie Rodford, Matt Biffa, Ciara Elwis and Chantelle Woodnutt.
Record Label
Air-Edel Associates have extended their scope by launching Air-Edel Records, a digital label established to release music from their roster of composers and our associated projects. Highlights include ‘Hiraeth’, ‘The White Helmets’ and ‘Astrologaster’.
Recording Studios
Air-Edel Recording Studios is an independent facility based just off Baker Street in Marylebone, central London. We have decades of experience recording and mixing music for film and television, bands, solo artists, spoken word, radio drama, commercials and video games.
We pride ourselves in bringing our clients the highest quality service and will ensure you get an incredible sound and an end product that is second to none.
