Launched in 2013, Ray is an independent, full-service agency, supporting clients across North America from our headquarters in St. John’s, NL. We are a woman-owned and led creative shop that has worked with lean start ups and international powerhouses, delivering bespoke ideas and solutions. What started as a one-woman show has grown into a small but mighty team of 25 seasoned ad people, including in-house creative, account services, digital development, and media planning teams. Our size and agency-wide agility is one of our greatest assets. Rather than chasing every opportunity to sustain hefty overhead, we’re fortunate to take on assignments that excite our team and allow us to add value - all from the most easterly point in North America.
